Application：Suitable for adding to solvent based, solvent free, and water-based coatings and inks. Especially suitable for wood coatings.

Discribtion :Hyperlev F45 is an organic silicone leveling agent. It combines leveling, hand feel, and wettability. Improve leveling and glossiness.

Advantages：
1. Good hand feel, extremely excellent leveling performance, and improved substrate wettability.
2. Unstable bubbles that do not affect interlayer adhesion.
3. Excellent compatibility, suitable for all systems.
4. Prevent shrinkage from occurring.

Active ingredient content: >97%

Density (20℃ g/cm3): 1.02

Dosage ：

Waterborne systems (water-based pigments, coatings, latex paints, water-based inks, neutral inks): recommended dosage of 0.05-0.5％ of the total formula;

Oil based system: recommended dosage of 0.05-0.5％ of the total formula;

Solvent free system: recommended dosage of 0.3-1％ of the total formula.

Usage and process guidance:

It can be added at any stage of the production process. For ease of addition, the auxiliary agent can be diluted with a suitable solvent first.For complex formulas and application conditions, we strongly recommend strict testing before use.

Storage ：between 5-30℃，keep it sealed。

Shelf life：1 year

Attention：Avoid direct contact with sunlight
