Product manual for leveling and anti shrinkage agent

Application：Applied to water-based coatings.

Discribtion :Hyperlev F390 is a special silicone polymer. It combines wetting, anti shrinkage, and defoaming functions. By drastically reducing the static and dynamic surface tension of the coating, the wettability of the substrate can be improved. Improve leveling and glossiness. Especially for substrates with low surface tension, such as those containing silicone adhesive and release agents.

4. Simultaneously reducing dynamic and static surface tension.

Parameter ：

Apperance : Light amber transparent oily liquid

Effective solid content: 50%

Surface tension: 25 ℃ mN/m: 19.0~22.0

Dosage ：Waterborne systems (water-based pigments, coatings, latex paints, water-based inks, neutral inks): recommended dosage 0.1-1.0% of the total formula.

Solvent free system: 0.3~1.0% of the recommended dosage of the total formula.

Usage and process guidance:

It can be added at any stage of the production process. For ease of addition, the auxiliary agent can be diluted with a suitable solvent first. For complex formulas and application conditions, we strongly recommend strict testing before use.

Storage ：between 5-30℃，keep it sealed。

Shelf life：1 year

Attention：Avoid direct contact with sunlight
