Product features:

The biggest feature of Disuper S15 hyperdispersants is that it weakens the interaction between solid particles in the dispersion and increase the wettability and dispersion stability of the particles.

Specific performance：

1. Quickly and fully wet the pigment particles, shorten the grinding time to improve production efficiency.

2. Improve the coloring power and gloss of ink.

3. The solid content rate can be greatly increased.

4. Reduce the viscosity of the dispersion system.

5. Improve dispersion stability.

Physical properties：

Appearance: Light amber viscous liquid

Decomposition temperature: greater than 250℃

Amine value: 35- 45mgKOH/g

Volatile components: less than 1%

Solubility: soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, aliphatic hydrocarbons, esters, and ketones

Dosage：

5-15% of pigment content

Storage temperature:

Between 5-30°C, in sealed containers.

Shelf life: 1 year

Precautions：
1. For 57:1 Lisol Red pigment, only 8% of the dry weight of the pigment as hyperdispersant is needed.
2. It is recommended to use acidic carbon black for offset printing ink. In addition to the super dispersant with about 10% of carbon black dry powder, it is recommended to add Disuper S22 (phthalocyanine blue derivative) with about 2-5% of carbon black dry powder.
