1. Don’t need pre-activating, post added

2. Slightly influence on the gloss and weather resistance

3. Good compatibility with solvents and all kind of binders.

4. Good stability of storage.

5.Good anti-settlement and anti-sagging properties

Physical properties:

Minimum particle size: < 15 µm

Non-volatile components: 20%(wt.)

Appearance: white or yellowish paste

Solvent: mineral oil/ butanol

Recommended addition level:

Anti-settling 0.2-0.5%

Thixotropic effect 0.5-2%

How to use:

Don’t destroy the primary particle to keep a certain activity when dispersing with a certain shear force.

If require better appearance, suggested to make a preparation in binder & solvent then post adding into coating system. (D810-20M 15%/solvent 65 %/ resin 30%, high speed dispersion, particle size <20µm)

Storage :

Please store at the dry place at 5-30℃.
