PAMID D81G is a paste of polyamide resin dispersed in mineral oil/butanol. It is extremely easy to mix with many base materials or solvents and has a structure that remains highly thixotropic over time.

Specific performance:

1. Don’t need pre-activating, post added

2. Slightly influence on the gloss and weather resistance

3. Good compatibility with solvents and all kind of binders.

4. Good stability of storage.

5.Good anti-settlement and anti-sagging properties

Physical properties:

Minimum particle size: < 15 µm

Non-volatile components: 20%(wt.)

Appearance: white or yellowish paste

Solvent: mineral oil/ butanol

Acid Value : 10-15

Recommended addition level:

In order to achieve good anti-settling and thixotropic effects 0.4 ~ 0.8 %

How to use:

Do not destroy the original particles during the dispersion process to maintain appropriate activity. For high appearance requirements, prepare the masterbatch first and then add it: pre-gel in the base material and solvent so that it can be added to the prepared system. D811G 15%/solvent 40%/resin 50% High-speed dispersion, particle size control within 15um) For complex formulas and application conditions, we strongly recommend strict testing before use. Especially under poor applicable conditions.
