Application system:
Used in water-based coatings.
Features:
Hyperlev F39 is a special silicone polymer. It combines wetting, anti-crater and defoaming functions. Improves substrate wetting by drastically reducing the static and dynamic surface tension of the coating. Improve leveling and gloss. Especially substrates with low surface tension, such as silicone glue, release agents, etc. Specific performance:
1. Improve anti-shrinkage performance and good defoaming performance
2. Very good wetting ability for substrates and powders
3. Improve leveling and surface smoothness
4. Reduce dynamic surface tension and static surface tension at the same time Physical properties:
Appearance: Light amber transparent oily liquid
Surface tension: 25℃ mN/m: 19.0~22.0
Active ingredient content:>99%
Adding amount:
Water-based systems (water-based pigments, coatings, latex paints, water-based inks, neutral inks): Recommended dosage 0.1~0.5% of the total formula
Solvent-free system: Recommended dosage is 0.3~0.5% of the total formula. Usage:
Can be added at any stage of the production process. In order to facilitate the addition, it can be diluted with alcohol ether solvent first.
For complex formulations and application conditions, we strongly recommend rigorous testing prior to use.
Storage temperature: dry place between 5°C and 30°C.
Shelf life: one year.
Note: Avoid direct contact with sunlight
