Product features:

Disuper S28 has efficient anchor groups and unique block copolymers, and is a new generation of polymer dispersant. Can be used to disperse and stabilize carbon black and organic pigments.

Specific performance：

1. Does not contain any organic solvents, 100% active ingredients.

2. Quickly and fully wet the pigment particles and shorten the grinding time.

3. Reduce the system viscosity of organic pigments and carbon black.

4. Can do resin free system

Appearance: Brown viscous liquid

PH value (1% aqueous solution): 8-10

Density: 1.04g/cm3

Non-volatile contain : >99%

Dosage：

3-10 % organic pigment

10-30 % carbon black

Instructions :

It is added during the pigment dispersion stage, usually dispersed into water for pre-dispersion, and finally stirred to add the pigment.

Storage temperature:

Between 5-30°C, in sealed containers.

Shelf life:1 year

Precautions:

When used in water-based coatings, attention should be paid to controlling the pH value of the system. Water-based coatings may have a tendency to be unstable in storage, and it is recommended that the long-term storage properties of the entire system be evaluated.
