Product features:

Disuper S21 is used to disperse and stabilize carbon black and organic pigments.

Specific performance：

1. Does not contain any organic solvents, 100% active ingredients.

2. Quickly and fully wet the pigment particles and shorten the grinding time.

3. Reduce the system viscosity of organic pigments and carbon black.

4. No need to use grinding resin, extending storage period.

Appearance:         yellow-brown liquid

PH value (1% aqueous solution): 6-8

Density:         1.06g/cm3

Non-volatile contain :      >99%

Dosage：

3-10 % organic pigment

10-30 % carbon black

Instructions:

Added during the pigment dispersion stage; usually dispersed into water or alcohol co-solvent for pre-dispersion, and finally stirred to add in the pigment.

Storage temperature:

Between 5-30°C, in sealed containers.

Precautions:

Water-based coatings may have a tendency to be unstable in storage, and it is recommended that the long-term storage properties of the entire system be evaluated. Close the lid promptly after use.
