APEO-free, VOC-free, used in the production of water-based coatings and colorants. Particularly suitable for dispersing carbon black pigments.

Product features:

Disuper S31 is used to disperse and stabilize carbon black and organic pigments.

Specific performance：
1. Does not contain any organic solvents, 100% active ingredients.
2. Quickly and fully wet the pigment particles, shorten the grinding time, and improve the color development effect.
3. Reduce the system viscosity of carbon black and organic pigments.
4. No need to use grinding resin, extending storage period.
Physical properties：

Appearance: light yellow paste

PH value (1% aqueous solution): 6-8

Density: 1.06g/cm3

Non-volatile contain: >99%

Dosage：

3-10 % organic pigment

10-30 % carbon black

Instructions:

Add it during the pigment dispersion stage. It is recommended to disperse it into alcohol ether cosolvent for pre-dispersion, then add deionized water, and finally stir to add the pigment.

Storage temperature:

Between 5-30°C, in sealed containers.

Shelf life:

1 year

Precautions:

Water-based coatings may have a tendency to be unstable in storage, and it is recommended that the long-term storage properties of the entire system be evaluated.
