Application system:

It is suitable for the production of nano-color paste for water-based coatings and inks. Reduce floating issue for industrial coatings and Resin-free colorant, especially high-gloss titanium dioxide, high-pigment loading carbon black and phthalocyanine pigments.

Product features:

Disuper S90 has a unique block copolymer polymer dispersant. It can be used to disperse and stabilize titanium dioxide, matting agent, organic or inorganic pigments.

Specific performance：

1. High tinting strength, good at reducing viscosity of organic pigments
2. Shorten grinding time, no VOC, no APEO
3. Low foaming and good water resistance
4. No need to use grinding resin

Appearance:  yellow clear liquid

PH value (1% aqueous solution): 5-6

Density: 1.06g/cm3

Non-volatile contain: >40%

Solvent: water

Dosage：

1. Common pigment particle size: 8-24% of organic pigments, 20-60% of carbon black, 2-10% of other inorganic pigments
2. Dv50 Organic pigments below 150 nanometers: dispersant = 1:1.25, pigment, carbon black: dispersant = 1:2.5

Instructions:

Add in the pigment dispersion stage, usually disperse it into water for pre-dispersion, and finally stir to add the pigment.

Storage temperature: 

Between 5-30°C, in sealed containers.

Shelf life:

1 year

Precautions:

When used in water-based coatings, attention should be paid to controlling the pH value of the system. Water-based coatings may have a tendency to be unstable in storage, and it is recommended that the long-term storage properties of the entire system be evaluated.
