Product features:

Disuper S100 is an universal additives that suitable for grinding and dispersing ink pigments, nonionic surfactants for emulsions, and wetting agent for water-based OPV.

Physical properties：

Appearance: white solid

PH value (1% aqueous solution): 5.0-7.5

Flash point: 200°

Solubility: Water soluble; alcohol, acetone, chloroform, diethyl solvents

Compatibility:

Compatible with most common resins and emulsions, soluble in water, alcohol, ketone, and ether solvents

Instructions:

1. Water: S100, 35%; water 65%, total 100%;

2. Resin: resin, 28%; S100, 3~5%; MEA, 7.5%; n-propanol, 4.5%; water, 57~55%,

Total 100%;

3. Emulsion: raw materials, sufficient amount; S100, 0.2~1.0%.

Storage temperature:

Between 5-30°C, in sealed containers.
