    Product features:

    Disuper S5 weakens the interaction between solid particles in the dispersion medium, increases the wettability and dispersion stability of the particles, and its performance is comparable to the 17000 series.

     

    Specific performance

    1. Quickly and fully wet the pigment particles, shorten the grinding time and improve production efficiency.
    2. Improve the color development power and gloss of ink.
    3. The solid content of the system can be greatly increased.
    4. Reduce the viscosity of the dispersion system.
    5. Improve the dispersion stability.

     

    Physical properties

    Appearance: Light amber viscous liquid

    Decomposition temperature: > 250℃

    Amine value: 35- 45mgKOH/g

    Volatile components: < 1%

    Solubility: soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, aliphatic hydrocarbons, esters, and ketones

     

    Dosage

    5-10% of pigmentation

     

    Storage temperature: 

    Between 5-30°C, in sealed containers.

     

    Shelf life:

    1 year

     

    Precautions:

    1. For 57:1 Lisol red pigment, benzidine yellow 176, 13#, 14#, phthalocyanine blue 15:3, 67# blue. It can significantly improve the tinting power of colors, increase gloss and improve flow properties.
    2. It is recommended to use acidic carbon black for offset printing ink. In addition to the hyperdispersant with about 10% of carbon black dry powder, it is recommended to add Disuper S22 (phthalocyanine blue derivative) with about 2-5% of carbon black dry powder.
