Application system:
Suitable for the production of solvent-based gravure lamination ink, medium and low-end coatings solvent-based inkjet. This dispersant is suitable for dispersing various pigments in solvent-based systems, especially heterocyclic and lake pigments (such as 57:1, 48:2, R146). It has excellent stabilization and viscosity reduction effects, suitable for the preparation of highly transparent and high color development coatings and inks
Product features:
Disuper S13 is a special structured polymer hyperdispersant. It is suitable for dispersing organic pigments and carbon black in lamination ink of PVC+PU resin system, and is also suitable for stabilizing titanium dioxide and matting powder. It has the characteristics of less affecting tensile strength and excellent frost resistance. This product significantly improves color intensity and gloss. The product itself has excellent fluidity and does not require pre-dispersion and can be added directly to the system.
Specific performance:
- It can make the pigment reach a very small particle size and improve the tinting power/color intensity and gloss.
- Significantly reduce the viscosity of the dispersion system and improve the fluidity of the system.
- The viscosity is stable during high-temperature storage, especially for heterocyclic and lake pigments.
- Quickly and fully wet the pigment particles and shorten the grinding time.
Physical properties:
Appearance: yellow clear liquid
Active ingredients: ≥80%
Dosage:
Gravure lamination ink: 0.2-0.5% of total weight or 2-5% of total pigment content.
Medium/ low polarity coatings: 8-25% of pigment content
Instructions:
First mixed well the dispersant and solvents, then adding pigment and disperse it well by mixer before proceed for grinding.
Storage temperature:
Between 5-30°C, in sealed containers.
Shelf life:1 year

It is recommended that the entire system be evaluated for long-term storage.
