Application system:

Medium to high polarity solvent coating system. Suitable for all solvent-based systems, especially alkyd, polyester and epoxy systems. For high pigment loading carbon black appeared in blue tone, For the epoxy system, effectively solves the problem of floating colors and blooming.

Product features:

Disuper S27 is a high molecular weight dispersant with a sparse structure. Suitable for dispersing medium end pigment carbon black and organic pigments. Also suitable for stabilizing titanium dioxide, matting powder, and inorganic pigments.

Specific performance：

1. Especially suitable for dispersing of highly pigmented polyester systems.

2. Improve coloring power and gloss.

3. Efficient grinding.

4. Prevent floating color and blooming.

5. Very good at reducing viscosity and improving dispersion stability

Physical properties：

Appearance: light yellow liquid

Amine Value: < 15mgKOH/g

Non-volatile contain: ≥45%

Solvent: DCAC

Dosage：

0.5-2.0% Titanium dioxide

8-20% Organic pigment

2-4 % Inorganic pigment

20-40% Ordinary carbon black

Storage temperature:

Between 5-30°C, in sealed containers.

Shelf life:1 year

Precautions:

When used in water-based coatings, attention should be paid to controlling the pH value of the system. Water-based coatings may have a tendency to be unstable in storage, and it is recommended that the long-term storage properties of the entire system be evaluated.
