It is mainly used in various solvent-based and solvent-free industrial paints and decorative paints. It has excellent anti-settling and anti-sagging properties and has little effect on viscosity.

Applications:

To achieve optimal dispersion and activation of PAMID D690, it is recommended to use a high-speed disperser or sand mill to generate the appropriate temperature and shear force. PAMID D690 should ideally be added alongside the resin during the pigment dispersion and grinding stage.

During the dispersion process, temperatures should be raised to 55-65°C for effective activation, with the ideal range being between 60-70°C. This temperature should be maintained for 30-50 minutes. For more complex formulations and application conditions, we strongly recommend conducting rigorous testing prior to use, particularly in challenging conditions such as with hot substrates or hot spraying.

Storage temperature:

A dry place with a temperature range between 5°C and 30°C.
