CAT181 is a high-efficiency drier developed for single-component moisture-curing polyurethane based on the principle of cross-linking and curing reaction between moisture in the ambient air and isocyanate groups in the colloid. It has high catalytic activity, especially low-temperature and low-humidity drying activity.

Features:

1. Effectively reduce bubbles and bulges

2. It dries quickly at low temperatures and has a good drying effect in the middle and later stages of paint curing at low temperatures.

3. Low viscosity

Appearance: light yellow to brown transparent liquid

Chroma (Fe-Co): ≤13

Density (g/cm3, 25℃): 1.019±0.01

Viscosity (mPa.s, 25℃): 5-25

Application：

Used in moisture-curing polyurethane materials such as waterproof coatings, polyurethane sealants, silicon PU, etc.

Dosage recommended:

0.02-0.15% in total formulation

Packaging:

Net content per barrel: 25KG & 180kg.

Usage：

It is recommended that the addition time is at the later stage of the pre-polymerization reaction between MDI/TDI and polyether polyol (preferably the pre-polymerization reaction is complete). It is not recommended to premix it in polyether polyol in advance to avoid gel accidents caused by violent reactions.

Storage temperature:

Shall be stored in a dry place between 5°C and 30°C. Away from direct sunlight.

Since differences in user packaging equipment, formulations, and processes have varying degrees of impact on storage stability, it is recommended that a storage stability test be conducted before use.
