The addition to coatings and inks for solvent-based, solvent-free, and water-based systems.

Discribtion :

Hyperlev F66 is a polyether-modified polydimethylsiloxane leveling agent. This product combines leveling, wetting, and defoaming functions. It improves substrate wetting by reducing the surface tension of the coating, enhancing leveling and increasing gloss.

Dosage:

Water-based systems (water-based pigments, coatings, emulsions, water-based inks, neutral inks): Recommended usage is 0.05-0.5% of the total formulation.
Oil-based systems: Recommended usage is 0.05-0.5% of the total formulation.
Solvent-free systems: Recommended usage is 0.3-1% of the total formulation.

Usage and process guidance:

The product can be incorporated at any stage of the production process. For ease of incorporation, it is recommended to dilute the agent with an appropriate solvent. For complex formulations and specific application conditions, we strongly advise conducting thorough testing prior to use.

Storage ：Store in a dry place between 5℃ and 30℃.

Shelf life：1 year.

Attention：Avoid direct contact with sunlight.
