Features:

Hyperlev F40 is a special silicone polymer. It combines the functions of leveling, wetting and defoaming. Improves substrate wettability by reducing coating surface tension. Improve leveling and gloss. Universal function for water and oil.

Specific performance:
1. Improve substrate wettability and have good defoaming performance
2. Improve the leveling properties that traditional polyether modified silicone cannot provide.
3. Improve surface smoothness and prevent shrinkage cavities

Appearance: Light amber transparent oily liquid

Surface tension: 25℃ mN/m:18.0～21.0

Active ingredient content: >99%

Application：

Water-based systems (water-based pigments, coatings, latex paints, water-based inks, neutral inks): Recommended dosage 0.1~0.5% of the total formula

Dosage recommended:

0.1-0.5%

Usage：

Can be added at any stage of the production process. In order to facilitate the addition, the additive can be diluted with a suitable solvent first.

For complex formulations and application conditions, we strongly recommend rigorous testing prior to use.

Storage:

A dry place between 5°C and 30°C。Away from direct sunlight.

Shelf life:

1 year from the production date.
