Application：Suitable for producing water-based flexographic ink, water-based gravure ink, water-based coatings, and water-based color pastes. Specially designed to produce low viscosity, high color retention water-based inks and resin free color pastes.

Discribtion:

Disuper S760 Block copolymers with pigment affinity groups are a new generation of polymer dispersants. It can be used for dispersing stable carbon black and organic pigments, with high grinding efficiency and good compatibility with various resins, especially water-soluble resins, which can effectively solve the post thickening problem of pigments such as R49:1, R57:1, 15:3, etc.

Advantages：

1. It does not contain any organic solvents and is suitable for water-based systems.

2. Quickly and fully wet pigment particles, reducing grinding time.

3. It can achieve extremely small particle sizes of pigments, improve coloring power and luster.

4. Reduce the viscosity of the dispersion system, avoid thixotropy, and improve the flowability of the system.

5. No need to use grinding resin to extend storage life.

Dosage ：

Usage and process guidance:

Add in the pigment dispersion stage, after the dispersant is evenly dispersed with water, then add the pigment for mixing.

Storage ：between 5-30℃，keep it sealed.

Shelf life：one year.

Attention：When using this product, it is recommended to evaluate the storage performance of the entire system.
