Application:Suitable for producing solvent based gravure composite ink, medium to low grade system coatings, and solvent based inkjet. This dispersant is suitable for dispersing various pigments in solvent based systems, especially heterocyclic and lake pigments (such as 57:1, 48:2, R146), which have excellent stability and viscosity reduction effects. It is suitable for preparing high transparency and high gloss coatings and inks.

Discribtion:Disuper S13 Special structured polymer hyperdispersant. Suitable for dispersing organic pigments and pigment carbon black in composite ink of PVC+PU resin system, as well as stabilizing titanium dioxide and matte powder. It has the characteristics of not affecting tensile strength and excellent frost resistance. This product has a particularly significant improvement in color strength and gloss. The product itself has excellent fluidity and does not require pre dispersion, and can be directly added to the system.

Advantages：

1. It can achieve extremely small particle size of pigments, improve coloring power/color strength and luster.

2. Significantly reduce the viscosity of the dispersion system and improve its fluidity.

3. High temperature storage has stable viscosity, especially for heterocyclic and lake pigments.

4. Quickly and fully wet pigment particles, reducing grinding time.

Dosage ：

Gravure composite ink: total formula 0.2-0.5%, pigment content 2-5%;

Medium and low polarity coatings: pigment content 8-25%

Usage and process guidance:

Mix the dispersant with the solvent, disperse evenly, and then add pigments for mixing and grinding.

Storage ：between 5-30℃，keep it sealed.

Shelf life：one year.

Attention：It is recommended to evaluate the long-term storage performance of the entire system.
