Application：Mainly used for water-based/oil-based heavy-duty anti-corrosion, wood paint, automotive, and industrial coatings. Suitable for water-based polyurethane, alkyd, polyester, and epoxy systems, as well as oil-based alkyd, chlorinated rubber, polyester, and epoxy systems. The three-dimensional spatial network structure formed by the product solves the problem of low viscosity sagging during the coating construction process, and can prevent significant powder settlement issues.

Discribtion :PAMID D775 is a high-performance anti sagging additive applied to water-based/oil-based systems. It has excellent anti settlement and anti sagging performance.

2. Preventing settling issues with water-based/oil-based coatings or inks.

3. Good moisture resistance effect.

4. The arrangement of pigments with effects such as silver powder and pearlescence has a certain effect.

Usage and process guidance:

PAMID D775 is a liquid water oil universal polyamide wax that does not require activation before use.

1. For solvent based systems, alcohol soluble systems, etc., they can be directly added and used in the front or rear stages of paint production. It is recommended to use a speed of 1500 rpm or above (based on a dispersion disc with a diameter of 50mm) for uniform dispersion.

2. For most water-based lotion type systems and dispersion systems, they can be added in the front or rear section of the paint making process. It is necessary to keep the speed of 1200 rpm and above (based on the dispersion tray with a diameter of 50 mm) and slowly add them under stirring, and disperse them for 15 minutes until uniform.

3. For waterborne epoxy lotion and dispersion system, it is recommended to premix PAMID D775 with the film forming agent in the formula at 1:1 in advance, then add it into the epoxy lotion directly and slowly under the stirring speed of 1200 rpm and above (based on the diameter of 50 mm dispersion disk), disperse it at a speed of 1200 rpm and above for 15 minutes, and mix it with other components after uniform dispersion.

4. For complex formulas and application conditions, we strongly recommend that strict testing and evaluation be conducted before use. The performance of D775 is better when the pH value is around 7-9.

Shelf life：Avoid direct contact with sunlight

The Thixotropy of D775 is based on hydrogen bond bonding, and the characteristic viscosity will be different due to different storage time and temperature. The difference in viscosity between batches is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the effectiveness of use.
