Usage and process guidance:

The use of a high-speed disperser/sand grinder to generate appropriate temperature and shear force results in good dispersion and activation of PAMID D690. It is best to add PAMID D690 together with the resin during the pigment dispersion and grinding stages.

During the dispersion process, an increase in temperature to 55-65 ℃ can effectively activate it, but preferably between 60 and 70 ℃; And maintain it for 30-50 minutes. For complex formulas and application conditions, we strongly recommend strict testing before use. Especially under poor application conditions such as hot substrates, hot spraying, etc.
