Wetting defoamer product manual

Application：Applied to all water-based systems.

Discribtion :Hyperlev F104 is a non ionic surfactant of alkyne glycol. The product has good wetting and defoaming properties, improves the dispersion of powder, reduces the occurrence of floating color, improves the fluidity and leveling, and other functions. The lower surface tension effectively eliminates foam, and stabilizes the consistency and viscosity. Compared with traditional surfactants, it has lower water sensitivity.

Advantages：

1. Effectively reducing the surface tension of multiple interfaces in the system.

2. Effectively reduce the generation of bubbles and eliminate foam.

Dosage ：0.3-1% of the recommended dosage of the total formula

Usage and process guidance:

The use process requires high-speed stirring for 30 minutes.
