Application system: Well suitable for medium-polarity systems such as solvent-based gravure inks, UV flexo printing, heavy-duty anti-corrosion paints , wood coatings, automotive refinishing paints, and coil coatings. Product features: Disuper S9 is a cosmetic structural polymer that can disperse all organic pigments, especially red R146, R57:1, Y180, 15:4 and high pigment surface areas carbon black. Improve pigment wetting, low viscosity, no high viscosity side effect upon storage.
Application system: Suitable for medium polarity systems: solvent-based gravure ink, UV flexo ink, UV offset ink. Product features: Disuper S12 is high molecular weight polymer with comb-like structure. Well suitable to disperse all kind of organic pigments effectively, especially red R146, R48:2, Y180, 15:4 and high pigment loading carbon black. Its features including improve pigment wetting, low grinding viscosity and good storage stability without post thickening effect.
Application system: Well suitable for Offset ink, alkyd (low polarity system) Product features: The biggest feature of Disuper S15 hyperdispersants is that it weakens the interaction between solid particles in the dispersion and increase the wettability and dispersion stability of the particles.
Application system: Well suitable for traditional coatings and ink systems (solvent-based and solvent-free), UV coatings and ink systems (solvent-based and solvent-free systems), inkjet systems (UV inkjet and eco-solvent inkjet), solvent-based resin-free colorants system. Product features: Disuper S23 can be used to disperse and stabilize medium- and high pigment jetness carbon black, organic pigments, inorganic pigments, and inorganic fillers.
Application system: Well suitable for medium polarity solvent system. Recommended for gravure ink, particularly suitable for dispersion of high pigment loading carbon black. Product features: Disuper S24 is a high molecular weight dispersant with comb-like structure. Suitable for dispersing high pigment loading carbon black and high-end heterocyclic pigment (red 122, red 254, purple 19, purple 23, etc.). It is also suitable for stabilization of titanium dioxide, matting powder, and inorganic pigment.
